Meet Robyn Kelly
Welcome! What's my story? I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at barely 30. Continuing to have issues and gaining a Hashimoto’s autoimmune diagnosis, I was looking ahead to a life sentence of meds and docs with nothing else I could do about it. I experienced joint pain and weight struggles, lots to manage as a busy homeschool mom of 3!
In my 40’s I got one frozen shoulder followed by another and not even caused by an injury. Absolutely excruciatingly painful! (Honestly felt worse than childbirth!) Just another symptom of systemic inflammation. Had to fit time for two years of PT and recovery in an already busy schedule. We were running our own coffee shop and then made a cross country move due to military relocation in the middle of it all.
At that point I was DONE. Finished!!! The only cause of my issues allopathic medicine could give me was "middle age". I didn’t like the typical answers to my health issues that gave no solutions, just symptom management. Do this. Take that. All band aids. I wasn't willing to submit to this misery - I'm a fighter! So I did my own research and digging. We have been sold a bill of goods! I came to realize how much our diet, lifestyle, and environment had a HUGE impact on the way problems show up in our health. We have incredible control over our own health and healing! Like most Americans, I was probably always constipated as a norm and didn’t realize that wasn’t actually normal. I started making baby steps of natural changes and seeing real improvement to the ROOT issues! (SOOOO much better than treating symptoms!)
Now in my 50's I have natural tools to help my family have better health from within and I continue to be a learner. We aim for better food choices through whole, nutrient-dense foods and try to live a more active lifestyle. Using natural tools for a toxin free environment inside and out has transformed our health! I get excited helping educate others into this lifestyle, too! Now I spend more time on self-care, giving my body what it needs to self-heal. Sharing these tools that I’ve learned and helping others on this journey to freedom has been the biggest reward!

I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Advanced Lymphatic Therapist and Microcurrent Technician, and Master Hypnotherapist. I attended School of Healing Arts and International College of Holistic Studies in San Diego. I'm currently attending Pacific College of Health Sciences, Chicago, in the Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine program.
