What Happens During a Community Acupuncture Session?
You’ll arrive, check in, and relax in a reclined chair.
Allow a few extra minutes on your first visit for brief consent paperwork.
Needles are placed in the arms, legs, hands, feet, and sometimes ears — no need to undress.
Be sure your clothing is comfortable enough to allow us access up to elbows and knees.
Once the needles are in, you rest quietly for about 20-30 minutes.
Many people nap, meditate, or simply enjoy a rare moment of stillness.
No pressure. No rush. Just reset.

Why Is Community Acupuncture More Affordable?
Community acupuncture is more affordable because treatments are provided in a shared space. This allows the practitioner to help more people during set hours, which lowers the cost per session.
Lower cost = easier consistency
Easier consistency = better results
It’s a win-win that makes acupuncture accessible without sacrificing quality or care.
Our one-on-one private sessions are still available and will continue to allow for more targeted sessions for those that need.

Is Community Acupuncture as Effective as Private Acupuncture?
Yes! Community acupuncture is absolutely effective.
The main difference is how the treatment is delivered, not whether it works.
Community sessions focus on commonly used acupuncture points that help regulate the nervous system, reduce pain, support stress relief, and improve overall balance.
For many people, shorter, more frequent treatments can be just as powerful as occasional longer sessions.
Sometimes they are even more effective if they allow you to be more consistent in receiving treatments.

What Is Community Acupuncture?
Community acupuncture is a simple, accessible way to receive acupuncture care in a calm group setting. Treatments are done in comfortable reclined chairs in a shared room, rather than private treatment rooms.
This model allows care to be more affordable, more flexible, and easier to fit into real life, while still delivering the same therapeutic benefits acupuncture is known for.
Sessions are around 30 minutes in length, making it fit into even the busiest schedule.
Think of it as consistent, supportive care… without the barriers that often keep people from getting treatment regularly.

Electro Lymphatic Treatment (ELT), a unique therapy, significantly enhances the lymphatic system's function by employing a gentle, hands-on technology. This advanced method, which is more effective than traditional manual lymphatic drainage, deeply stimulates the lymphatic vessels, promoting detox, wellness, and supporting individuals with a broad range of health conditions including autoimmune diseases, compromised immune systems, pre and post-surgery recovery, and more.
